ACE served as the systems integrator for the retrofit and re-instrumentation of a Paper Machine at a Pulp and Paper Manufacturer. The Experion DCS consisted of 2200 I/O points, 1500 SCADA tags, multiple field instruments and operator stations. The retrofit of the machine included a new Valmet Headbox, new refiners, new stock approach system, a new press section, and two new QCS systems. ACE performed all DCS integration and configuration in collaboration with several different equipment suppliers.
